The TRANS-CANADA TRAIL runs right through Cookstown, we have set up a gazebo just off to the side of it; a great place for a picnic!
We host several fun events for our town, which is great for bringing in new faces to our businesses.
We are home of the famous WING DING! This event has been going on for over 30 years!
it is the largest community wide yard sale in all of Ontario. Possibly Canada. It was in the Guinness book of world records.
People come from all over to attend this event! we usually have an average of 10,000 visitors or more. We also provide a large vendors area.
